CITY OF ROCHESTER SWIMMING & LIFEGUARD CLUB

Since 1948 the City of Rochester Swimming & Lifeguard Club has provided a place for it’s members to train and compete. We offer a flexible approach to training to accommodate the needs and ambitions of all our members from ducklings to masters.
